As a former children's specialist ski instructor, camp counselor, and bonafide team building pro, a family session is never JUST family photos, it's a whole experience.
I have families come back to me year after year because their kiddos have so much fun during these sessions. Adults who claim to hate having their photo taken are treated with the utmost compassion, because my soul's work is to capture moments and memories that you can look back on without self judgement.
Family photos, for many, can be few and far between. So creating a memorable experience for everyone is as much as a priority for me as capturing beautiful images. I honor only *enthusiastic* consent, so if a family member isn't ready to be in front of the camera, I create a space of uplifting support to find a place where they will feel safe and heard until they are ready.

HI I'M CAT
I’m the one takin all these colorful, crisp, glowy, magical photographs of humans around here.
I’d describe my portrait style as candid and well-directed. I pride myself on reminding my clients to breathe, stay grounded, and directing them through poses with clear and creative direction.
I’ve always been an entrepreneur at heart and to be experiencing the love and support and community of a growing and thriving business is one of the best feelings in the world. I am absolutely ten thousand percent invested in making YOU the main character of whatever story we write together.
